I was recently rear-ended on Memorial Day weekend and researched body shops in the area and came across Gross & Son Body Shop. All of their reviews were stellar, so I moved forward with them to perform the repairs to my vehicle. I am thrilled with the job this shop did on my Tesla Y and the customer service I received. Given that I live 1 1/2 hours from the shop...the team ordered all the parts and didn't have me bring my car over until all parts were in. This saved me a lot of $$$ on a rental car and had my car done quickly and even early. I was always able to get through to the reception desk and if I went into someone's voicemail I heard back within 24 hours. I hope to not have to bring my Tesla in ever again but I will ABSOLUTELY tell anyone needing work on their car...the group is worth the drive.
