This place is awesome! They are very professional and friendly. I had the front end suspension replaced on my 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis and new brakes and rotors all around. The prices are reasonable and they do allow customers to supply their own parts if they choose to do so. Just know that the parts will not be covered under warranty. They did a excellent job and my car it rides like new. I would definitely recommend this shop for repairs. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes
It's very hard to find an honest mechanic in the area that will fix just what needs to be fixed...James is a great mechanic, he worked on my car and got it fixed quicker than expected and right in my budget!! Ashley in the office is very sweet and made it comfortable for me and my kids while we waited for our car to be fixed aswell. Great service and good people!
I was very pleased with the professionalism and honesty that I experienced when I had my car serviced here. The service was quick and price fair. They really do care about the customer. I would definitely recommend Grand Slam to anyone who is in need of vehicle service. Outstanding!
