Gary Sapp Automotive

I don't always get good news on my vehicles from Gary Sapp. I get honest news. There's a difference. Been with them for 4 years and 5 vehicles. I'd rather someone tell me expensive truth than a cheap "bandaid" fix that costs more in the long run.

I've lived in Pensacola for three years now and have been fortunate enough not to have any major vehicle issues. When my truck went down last week I asked all my friends where I should go because I had no idea. Nearly everybody said I should go to Gary Sapp Automotive... and now that will be the answer when somebody asks me to recommend a mechanic. My appointment was set up for this morning, and by this evening I had my truck back in working order. Price was fair, work was fast, and everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. This is literally everything you could want for automotive services.

Gary Sapp automotive exceeded expectations. My car randomly died late last night while driving and Gary Sapp was more than happy to help in a hurry. These guys know the importance of getting you back on the road safely and quickly. All around a great experience. Everything you'd want and need in a mechanic especially in a stressful situation.
