My mom and I came in today with a huge piece of metal in her tire. The leak was going super fast and it would have been flat very very soon! Of course we are both worried about it, but the guy (not sure of his name, unfortunately) helped us out even though they were extremely busy! My mom had just flew in from work and was just ready to get home, the guy got us in quickly and right out! I hope he knows how much we appreciate him and his great customer service!

Bad corporate policy on not patching tire. If you temporarily plug a tire they will only replace with a new tire. I’ve used this store many times and left a positive review in the past but not even looking at the tire to determine if it’s repairable is a bad policy.

Decent prices, cost are well explained, scheduling via phone is straightforward without issues, but with the app it can take days for an official confirmation/rejection. This specific location is not as understaffed as others lately and work is done well and completed within reasonable limits.
