Mr Frank is, first of all, a very down to earth, frank (pun intended) kind of person. He tries to get to know someone first before diving in to repair the vehicle. He is real and honest. He will let you know what does and doesn't need to be done. He will try to work with you on the resolution of you cars problems with out breaking you but still trying to keep his business going. He tries to remember your name and not just view you as a bill pay. He's worked hard to establish his reputation and has been successful in doing so. And he knows what he's doing. And he has hired staff to support him in that. Hardworking and honest.
