I don't usually write reviews, but when I do, it's either at the very negative or positive end of the spectrum. In this case, Baughn went above and beyond my expectations for customer service, quality of work, timeliness, and value. I'm extremely hesitant allow other people to touch my vehicles, but Baughn is the one place I would take it without any second guesses. He even made sure the interior of my truck was kept extra clean by putting a piece of paper on the floor, which was totally unnecessary and unexpected, but he took the time to do so anyways, which immediately earned my respect. Sometimes older people look down on younger kids because they assume they don't know anything about vehicles, especially women. I did not feel that was the case here whatsoever, and heck, even if I didn't know anything about auto repair, I'm confident you wouldn't be ripped off here and that the work would be done right.
