Made an appointment to come in 12 . I asked how long that I was going to wait . “Oh it will be at least 2 hours to get it in” why did I make an appointment? “Oh that’s just to check in” I waited 2 1/2 hours my car never moved . This was for a warning light that should have gone off with new starter that was installed

They worked with me with the extended warranty company and got my damages approved for payment. They also had a good deal arranged with a local rental car company to save me about 70% of the cost of a vehicle. It's difficult to find good customer service like this these days
