We had a tire go flat this morning on our car and I wasn't sure who to contact to get it fixed. I called the Palm Harbor Tire Kingdom and talked with Tyler. He was very friendly and got me an appointment in the afternoon. The waiting area was very neat and clean. Tyler and the other staff members were very friendly and helpful. At a time when customer service seems to have left the building in a lot of businesses, it is good to see that it's alive and well here. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this business when I need service again.
Great customer service, didn't want to charge me to pump air in my tires that were low because I was loaded with flooring, so I walked over to the gas station and tossed them a couple Gatorades for the crew . Also got my tires changed there couple years back.
Called Tire Kingdom with a nail in my tire. They said come on in error can get if fixed tonight. Tyler and Marina were great and got me in and out in no time. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend. Thank you.
