When was the last time you looked forward to taking your car in for service? Most people are afraid of hearing "we recommend you also getting brakes - tires - timing belts...etc." NOT AT SILVER STAR! Service combines with integrity! The team is honest about the costs and expected timing upfront. They will recommend future service needs and set your expectations appropriately. I was able to receive an oil change 33 inspection without waiting. The service was great didn't feel as if there was a commission involved. The mechanic is really knowledgeable and honest doesn't feel as if you're being taken advantage of.
The entire staff were very knowledgeable about my mini Cooper that I had the oil changed. Helped me understand the usual maintenance required on my vehicle.
