It all began in October 2024. Being a follower of the Magic Mechanic Radio Show, we decided to call in about a particular problem we were having starting up our truck. Larry Perry suggested we call a contact of his who could actually come to us and check out our situation. That sounded good since we lived two counties away. I called the number provided and was connected with the location on Lee Rd, Orlando (30 mi one way via I-4). I was informed contrary to the show conversation that they don't

A friend referred TMM and said they did good work so I figured I'd start using them. Called on a Monday to make an appointment. They asked when I would like to come in and I said Wednesday. They said 'Great, drop it off Wednesday and we'll take care of you.' I go in this morning to drop it off and the guy at the counter tells me he can't get it done today and it would be done Friday afternoon (alignment, change a couple of bulbs). I explained that they had told me to bring it in Wednesday to do it and he pointed at his row of tickets and said 'first come, first serve'. So why didn't you tell me that when I called to schedule an appointment? Why do you even offer appointments if it's 'first-come, first-serve'. I rearranged my day so I could drop my car off there and now I had to make a new appointment on a different day with another company. I won't be going back there.

This is my second time here and I was checking on the status of my vehicle. Great place to get your vehicle repair be it old, new or an antique, they will solve your problem. They also rent you a car just in case your car needs to stay for repairs. You can hear their show every Saturday from 3-5 pm on WDBO 580 AM or 107.3 FM. That is how I found about this place.
