Finding a good mechanic is hard to come by and Pat got back to me as soon as he could and I’m very appreciative of his great communication style and response time. He was able to make it out the same day. (I know sometimes that’s not always possible) but it worked out that he could and I’m extremely pleased. i will definitely give him a call again, if needed. I’ve been having trouble with my starter for weeks and finally decided I couldn’t replace it myself so I called Pat up and he came next day! It was super easy to schedule with him and he was on time and finished replacing the starter within a half hour. I was blown away! Pricing was super fair and reasonable as well. I will be a returning customer for sure and I feel comfortable recommending him to my friends and family as well : )

Had my dead battery replaced by Pat 8 months ago and the battery died again. Called Pat again to check on the issue. He checked the alternator and said it was simply a faulty battery. However, he said that battery only had a 2-month warranty so I was charged for another battery, which now has a 2-year warranty. Pat mentioned if this battery would fail within the 2-years, he would replace it for free. The day after he replaced it, my car would not start again and my brand new battery was dead. Pat was scheduled to come yesterday and he never showed up. I have called Pat 6 times and he will not answer. He also won’t answer my texts. Finally, he never emailed my receipt so I can’t even use the warranty on this battery. He simply robbed me of 300 dollars and my car still won’t start. Never again! Service: Battery
