We have been working with Kilgore's for about 4 years now, and they have become our go-to place for car repair, especially tricky or complicated ones. We had a complex issue with our Mazda5, including battery acid damage and hard-to-get parts. Kilgore's worked with a transmission shop (as they don't do that work) and did an excellent job on the whole thing. I highly recommend them. One of the worst shops I have ever been to in Florida. None of the staff at the front desk wear masks which make it the best place to spread the virus. Wife was very rude and disrespectful while scheduling my appointment for service and has no customer service skills what’s so ever. This place is very overpriced and they try to rip you off by explaining stuff which does not make sense at all. Had no other option but to have my car fixed here and will never come back. A week after service, I found that some of engine parts were STOLEN and lost control of my vehicle while driving on a highway. Do not believe any of the positive reviews that were posted here, all were done by shop partners and family members.
