They might not be the fastest but they are certainly the most thorough, and I have been to plenty of Jiffy Lube’s in multiple cities and a couple of different states. The guy that assisted me was extremely professional & personable. It makes sense that their stellar customer service would impact their speed. My only suggestion would be, in the age of COVID, maybe not get so close to a customer’s face to communicate. I highly recommend. TWO THUMBS UP!
