Called to inquire about a tail light signal that was not working properly. My guess was a fault with the pig tail. I was told I needed to bring the vehicle in so that they could give me an estimate. Upon arriving was told that it would be $189 to diagnose what was wrong. This frustrated me greatly because this could have been said over the phone, saving me the trip. From a business perspective I understand it’s easier to have someone just agree since you’ve already gotten them there, it just feels very questionable. Luckily it’s less expensive to just replace the entire tail light assembly.

Got Dave to do some work for me that a previous shop had fixed, they got it done in 2 days(including dealing with the insurance). When I picked my car up she was cleaned up and running good. I had my rack and pinion replaced on my 2001 pontiac Grand Prix gt, couldn’t have asked for a better service!
