535 Auto Care

I will only go to 535! I have lived here for nearly 5 years now and they are the best. From oil changes to O2 sensors to brakes to control arms.. they’ve probably touched all but my transmission on my car. They’re always super busy so sometimes you gotta book a week out, but they are always spot on with their timeframes of when the job will be done. Bill and his team are friendly, professional, and entertaining. They always check all codes and if something looks wrong, they’ll let you know what it could be based on the code readings. If something is wrong, they’ll tell me if I need it done today, asap, or if I can hold off a few weeks. I once took my car in for an oil change and ended up having a (unknown) brake issue that could have been dangerous had I kept driving it. They gave me a call and let me know they didn’t feel comfortable letting me drive it off the lot, so they were gonna squeeze me in and fix it that day. 2 hours later I had a safe vehicle to drive and an oil change!! I

Bill and Team are my new go-to guys. I'm a DIYer and I had attempted some repairs on my own and when things grew beyond my expertise and equipment, I went to here based on a neighbor's recommendation. I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys. They listen and reviewed my work history to my vehicle, they worked with me and they just went above and beyond what I have ever experienced in my 30 years of taking cars to various independent repair shops. They really are an example to be followed! My car had a couple compounding issues causing repairs to take several weeks for OEM parts and getting on their busy schedule and they recognized this and fixed things that weren't ask of them at no charge just because they noticed it. I absolutely LOVE that. I'm also in the service industry with computer repairs and this kind of customer treatment is, up front, costly but I know (and I'm sure they know) this pays dividends for years to come. 535 Auto has done several repairs and oil changes. Bill is great and upfront about what charges are. This is a very fair shop, I have had some work looked at after a service and gave them a call and they make it right every time. No issues and will continue to come back.
