I would come here all the time for oil changes, tires, and whatever repairs I needed but this past time I am Highly disappointed. I had to wait two plus weeks for them to get some kind of machine to see why my air conditioning wasn't working. After waiting a few hours, they told me what was wrong I was bracing myself for 4-500 dollar bill. To my surprise they wanted 2,300 dollars for a compressor leak and a water pump leak I almost fell over. And then proceeded to charge me 150 to diagnose the car. If that's what they charge that's fine but you should tell someone it costs that much just to take a look and not even fix anything. I'm very short on money right now and I wouldn't have agreed to that. I understand car shops tend to be pricey but I always thought they were nice and honest. But then I took my car to the next shop and they looked over my car FOR FREE and said that the compressor with labor would be 400, not 1300 and the water pump they wanted 1000 for wasn't even leaking and

Pulled out the shop turned on tampa rd and the fire flew off hit 4 cars and now I have crash on my record paid 190$ for a massive headache although they replace things that broke and gave me a "complementary alignment" I woulda rather not have my tire fly off of my brand new car in middle of tampa road and hit people's vehicles I was completely humiliated, exhausted from driving, my insurance company is looking at me like my fault this negligence caused me a huge headache for 3 months all it was a simple tire change I had a flat and that was it the simplest task turned into a nightmare make sure you check your lugs before pulling out the lot!!

The guys over there were really good to me, I have run over a piece of plastic and it was a slow leak in my tire and they were able to patch it. They got me in and out within an hour.
