Pals Ocala Auto Repair

This was my first time using this shop. I was kept well informed as to the progress of the service. The shop manager and entire service staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and I was very satisfied with the service. In the future, I will be using this shop again and would reccomend it to anyone needing car repairs. The only negative thing was that I had an appointment for 10:30am, but the car was not started until an hour latter. However, I was kept informed. When dealing with car repairs, one must understand that sometimes jobs take a bit longer than anticipated so sometimes this happens. We were heading back to Texas when our Truck had unfortunately overheated. After multiple attempts calling different auto repair shops in the area that were closed or couldn’t help us - Pals Auto Repair DID THE JOB and got us back on the road! Chuck was wonderful and even recommended Carters Towing Truck to get our truck towed. Let me be honest with you- when I called Pals Auto Repair Shop “Chuck” provided me that peace of mind and assurance. Thanks Chuck!!! “US” Texans love hospitality and customer service- Chuck, his wife and their staff did an incredible job and provided just that! Chuck was so thorough at explaining our trucks diagnostics. Shoutout to Pals Auto Repair in Ocala, you guys are the BEST!!!!

I couldn’t say enough about PALS. I’m new to the area and my car broke down. I had it towed to another mechanic who could not help. I brought my toyota to PALS and they got me running again! And at a significantly lower price than the dealership! Chuck also threw in a free synthetic oil change! I will be taking my other vehicle to Pals and be using them as my local, trusted mechanic! I suggest you do the same!
