My 2008 Bentley GT Speed had a broken front bumper. Victor took in the car and tried to repair it by all means possible but unfortunately it was too brittle and he suggested a new bumper. Due to my business travel I was out of town and needed a new bumper so i was abled to get one over night and he did the impossible to get in installed, painted and finished on time. The news of the bad bumper happened on a Thursday afternoon and by Monday was all done. On time to have a third party install our business placards for the Miami Air Show. Thank you Victor and your team. Great customer service and very high end work.

I was referred to Victor at The New Look. Someone had backed into my car and damaged my Audi S5 hood. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did. He took the time to explain what he would do on our first meeting, I scheduled it with him and he did a fantastic job. I would recommend him for bodywork every time.
