I had the BEST experience with this shop!! The owner, Tommy was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. My car AC stopped working on my way to Florida (from Georgia). I found his business in a google search and called on Friday afternoon when I got to town. He scheduled me first thing Saturday to take a look at my AC and offered to take a look. He explained everything to me, said he was able to keep my car and fix it by the afternoon so that I could be on my way to celebrate my son’s birthday that evening. He even offered to drive us (me and my kids) to a local area with shops and restaurants so that we could wait comfortably while my car AC was being fixed. He finished the repair within the time frame (and the cost) that he’d promised. My AC is working beautifully now! And Tommy even gave my son a small gift because he remembered that I’d mentioned it was his birthday. Thank you so much for the repaired AC and a wonderful experience! Service: Air conditioning

Top notch customer service & integrity- 10/10 recommend. I was referred to Tommy, the owner of Cold Air Comfort, by my mechanic for A/C issues. I explained to Tommy that I was on the fence about paying a lot to fix the air because the car is not in great shape. He did a 100% complimentary diagnosis and gave an honest assessment that given the car's condition, fixing the compressor would at this point be pouring money into a poor investment. He recommended trading it in at a used car dealership and said he would be happy to give me his thoughts on any car I'm looking to buy. To top it off, he gave me a ride back to work in the middle of the day to spare me the uber cost. Would absolutely go back. Service: A/C installation & repair
