They Destroyed all 4 of my wheels! Ive been patient and documented/ taken photos and they still have not put me in contact with who is in charge. The Manager and assistant manager will lie to your face and make a million excuses. If they dont make things right our family attorney will be filing for diminished value and property damage! This is unacceptable and one of the most unprofessional places you can go to. For some reason wont let me add photos to this review....

I had the best experience at Tuffy's in northport. All the tuffies are great but this one is exceptional. David and his staff got me in and got me out for a great price. AC is never worked better and we could not be happier. They fixed an air conditioner in my son's car earlier this year and had him in and out in one day as well. They were faster and cheaper than anyone else we called. Do yourself a favor and check David and his staff out at the Northport location

Just drove out of my way for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Made an appointment for 10:40 for today yesterday, get here and they tell me no I’m not in the system. What a JOKE THE GUY ON THE PHONE LITERALLY SAID NORTH PORT LOCATION ACROSS FROM MCDONALDS! Like duh get your business together not a good look when someone drives over 30 away for an oil change take your business somewhere else!! This location is a JOKE, so was the joker at the front that “helped me” lol take your business somewhere else THE MEN AT THE PORT CHARLOTTE LOCATION ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AND ARE SMART, WORKERS LIKE THE ONES AT THE PORT CHARLOTTE LOCATION DESERVE A RAISE FOR KNOWING HOW TO ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS..
