Firestone Complete Auto Care

What a terrible place. Took the car in at 8am for a simple air leak and they said it would be done in 2 hours. They finally called back at 4:30 and said it would be done at 5:30. I get in and the guy charges me for the labor and then the mechanic walks in and said it can't be fixed I need a new tire!! I just asked for a refund and will never go back there.

Was very disappointed, I called earlier this week to book an appointment for oil change, wheel alignment, tire rotation and just to check the AC if it needed a recharge since summer is around the corner. So I dropped off the vehicle at 8am at the Juno Beach Firestone which was with them for over 8 hours. Once I returned after 4pm they stated it was still in the bay and was checking the AC but "never" did the oil change, wheel alignment or tire rotation....the main reasons why I dropped off the vehicle in the first place. Needless to say that was a waste to bring it there, so I made an appointment at another Firestone to get these items completed, hopefully I'll get better service. Never going to that location again. ***Update*** So I made an appt the following day at the Firestone on Northlake Blvd., I dropped it off at 7:30am and they called me by 9:30am stating they completed the oil change, wheel alignment and tire rotation. I'll be going to that location from now on and giving Jay

Set up an appt for oil change. Showed up to very positive staff. Quoted an hour of wait time. Went next door to get a sandwich came back and car was ready in an hour. Very happy.
