Walmart Auto Care Centers

I pulled up and I immediately saw a team of representatives outside smoking on the bench. I walked inside to the desk and waited 10 minutes before one of them came inside to “help”. With a hour and a half left before closing they told me they weren’t taking oil changes anymore for the day.

Got my oil changed here before without a problem. This time I waited for 2 hours before they told me that they had to decline changing my oil due to a new policy? Something about not being able to use a wrench. I don't know how they determined this because my car never moved out of the same spot I left it. I don't care that they weren't able to do the oil change. The communication was just terrible and going there was a waste of time. Angry. Also, I have a couple of friends who said that they forgot to put oil back in their car and ended up having to get a new engine. I'm never going here again. Never go here. Incompetent workers.

Always a pleasure working with the tire center. They are under staffed at times but for the services they provide i am very greatful. Prices are very reasonable.
