Tire Kingdom

If I can give 0 stars I would. I called this place and Oscar picked up. I asked for a regular tire to see if they had 1 in stock. He checked and said he did. For the next 5 minutes I think his goal was trying not to sell me the tire I needed and he said he had. Then he wants to catch an attitude and say well I’m going to need the $219. And some odd cents for the tire. I’m guessing he was assuming the money for the tire was going to be an issue. The tire I am looking for was very specific, I read it to him from the driver door panel, he goes back and forth with me saying the tires I have on is wrong, I explained to him, I know this, this is the reason I need a tire. Long story short, the customer service was horrible point blank. It’s Saturday morning, every ounce in his voice sounded like he did not want to be working. I also said I was going to leave a review and he said the name is Oscar, I’m assuming he didn’t want me to misspell it. The last time I will shop at Tire Kingdom.

It was a very smooth appointment , from bringing in my car to getting calls for updates , Mario and his crew definitely know what they are doing! And always take care of me when I come in! Recommend 10/10

Once again, the manager and staff mechanics and technicians at Cutler Bay Tire Kingdom have delivered trust worthy services for me. I recently took my vehicle in for needed services and they took care of all the needs I had while providing me a detailed explanation and estimate. Sometimes people are fearful of going to a mechanic like people are fearful of a dentist! But I am grateful I can depend on the people at Tire Kingdom in Cutler Bay. I have nothing to fear with them on my side as my vehicle’s only handlers, I trust that I am being thoroughly and honestly assisted with my car’s needs.
