5+ stars!! The guys at Naples Auto Repair excel in every area: professionalism, customer service, expertise, you name it! I am only a first-time customer but hear me out when I say that the staff here know what they are doing and they do it WELL. I had a pretty bad oil leak in my 2014 Chevy that could not be fixed by THREE other garages in the area. But this team at Naples Auto Repair got to the root of the problem and fixed it in a matter of days and for a very decent price. I couldn't praise this team enough. Rich, the owner, is friendly, prompt, and a straight shooter. David, the mechanic that worked on my car, is very experienced, reliable, and FAST. He did a thorough job and did not compromise quality for timeliness. It sounds like this oil leak was one hell of a job, but as they say, professionals make it look easy!! This place is an honest repair facility. I originally took my vehicle to a different repair facility and they quoted me a very high number, so I took it to Naples Auto Repair for a 2nd opinion, and ended up saving over 1/2 of what the other repair place was going to charge me for the same exact work. Naples Auto Repair was honest and did the work professionally. I would highly recommend them. I will be going back to them for all of my maintenance needs in the future. Great honest place!

You cannot find a more knowledgeable individual when it comes to everything cars. Rich's understanding of cars is exceptional, and his garage reflects that. Rich has the integrity you look for in a mechanic, extremely honest and fair. He has helped myself and my family numerous times in a timely manner, and has always done an amazing job. The staff also do a great job. Best auto repair you can find by a long shot. Highly recommended.
