Stopped in for an oil change today and the manager Lisa was just so fantastic,. Very knowledgeable and friendly and was a pleasure. So impressed with her and her staff I will be coming back next week for a complete set of tires early next week. Thank you Lisa!!!

Tuffy Tire in Mt. Dora is the best mechanic shop in all time. I needed to get and oil change, and they recommended that I needed a battery, shocks, and some tires. I had no idea how bad my car was. I'm glad they were reasonable with pricing, fast and efficient. I would recommend tuffy to all my family and friends. I had the pleasure of sitting in the waiting room for a bit getting some big service work done. My vehicle was in need of an oil change, cooling system flush, breaks, rotors and just an all around mileage service. I was actually questioning for more work than they would let me do. Not because they couldn't, but because they wouldn't let me replace what wasn't broken or in need. Most companies would have taken advantage and added on just to add on. The technician was thorough, explained and showed me everything as he worked. To say it was a hot, busy day for him is an understatement. I waited and watched. They were so busy. Not one time did I witness them treat anyone with indifference. Even the cautious and untrusting. I can't say enough good things about this business. Thank You so, so much for making a dreaded service a really good experience.
