My experience working with Mr. and Mrs. Suarez was awesome. I had been into a small accident and some of the rear was damaged. I have known them for years as our kids go to school together, so when the moment came to decide where to repair the car I didn’t hesitate. The work was done impeccably well, to the last detail. Since the car was already there I asked Ramiro to check the brakes and A/C. The brakes had a weird sound, and the A/C sometimes would stop working. Even though he was super busy and with the shop full of cars, he was able to resolve those issues as well for me. The car stayed a couple of days at the shop waiting for dealer parts to arrive, but I had peace of mind that it was at a secure location as well, plus we kept in touch through the whole process.
