Recently called up Vice City Automotive for there oil change service and they took care of my car. The gentlemen are very professional and knowledgeable, they took the time to inspect my car and though it didn’t really need much maintenance I will definitely be calling again if any problems arise with my Vehicle.
Amazing staff, my car was overdue for service, got here on time and finished surprisingly fast! Definitely recommend 100%!!!!!
I called this guy when I discovered my flat tire while at Best Buy. When I called him, he said he’d be finished with his current oil change in 20 minutes. I told him what car I drive and that I was at the McDonalds waiting for him. I asked him to confirm his arrival time and he said 30 minutes. After an hour of waiting I called him. Voicemail. I waited a few moments and called again. Voicemail. I had to drive the car a mile to Tire Kingdom to be repaired. It has been 1 hour 15 minutes and still no call from him. No bueno!
