On 9/6/23 I dropped my car off @2:00pm for overheating wanted to get a diagnostic initially was told to drop my car off my car would be looked at end of day my car was never looked at and I was told I would have to wait to the following day which I was fine with the next day 12pm rolled around I heard nothing so I called for an update and was told the mechanic working on my car went to lunch they would call with updat I got update around 1pm saying radiator cap and coolant reservoir needed replacement it was believed the cap could definitely be the issue but not the reservoir because I inspected my reservoir prior and seen no issues me not being a mechanic assumed that they were indeed doing their due diligence on my car next day on Friday I came in and paid left with my car and lifted my hood at a gas station down the street none of this repairs were done I had paid and was given my keys to drive off and my car wasn’t even inspected I then proceeded to take the car back and tell them

Overall had a great experience! I came in for an oil change and service was very quick! Staff was so professional and friendly. I’m definitely coming back here for any of my vehicle’s future needs!
