Bad experience..Ralph is a thug a con artist and professional manipulator. They hold your car hostage claiming there's other things wrong. The only thing on his mind is ripping people off and take your money to build a BED &BREAKFAST- HOTEL in CUBA he steals your money and lies. wow he is a real piece of work this guy.dont go there go some where else..
Horrible Service!! Never go to them again! Dirty place, everything is all over the place, and horrible service. The old lady is rude doesn’t want to help only wants your money!
Stay away from this shop. The owner, Ralph Villazon, is a con artist, and the type of guy that gives auto repair shops a bad name. He does not stand behind or guarantee his work. A complete rip-off. Buyer beware!
