Kiki Automotive & Air Conditioning

I have been taking my cars to Kiki for many years and have always found him and his staff to be very reliable and reasonably priced. I know there's a lot of crook-mechanics out there but I really would not take my car anywhere else! I'm really surprised at some of the other negative reviews which is what prompted me to write about my experience with this repair shop. Update: Had to take my car again for a strange noise. Once again Kiki fixed it completely for a very reasonable amount. Done it again, Kiki! Thank you!

0 STARS**** DO NOT BRING IN YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. SCAM SCAM SCAM My car needed an oil change and a new gas tank. I brought my car in on Tuesday 8/28 was told it would be done that Friday. They said they couldn’t find parts so it wasn’t ready. They called me back in on Monday 9/10 to make the official payment of parts and labor. 2 weeks and my car still wasn’t completed. I was told they needed to order extra parts but somehow they all kept coming in broken. I was also told the oil change was done though but it was on the house partly because they forgot and also because it’s been a total of 4 weeks. Then I was told it would be done on Monday 9/24 at 3pm When I called I was told another part was missing but not to worry because it was coming out of his pocket because of the time again it has taken. He said this part was 150$ I was told it would be in on Wednesday 9/26 finally on Wednesday at 5:30 pm I called to be told it was done all it needed was an oil change, but he told me weeks a
