Quality might be good, but the price appears not any cheaper than a typical Toyota or Honda dealer: * Synthetic oil change for my 6 cylinder van for $70 * A battery with 2 year warranty/3 year proration for $140 * $40 diagnosis fee for deciding if the starter/alternator are working.

My car, a 2013 Odessy minivan, was having issues with the ABS breaking system that resulted in spongy brakes. My usual mechanic suggested I go to the local Honda dealership to deal with the problem because Honda ABS parts have computer chips that must be coded to the car. My mechanic gave me the printout of the errors code to bring to the dealer. I took the van to dealer who charged me a bundle to replace another expensive brake part, the master cylinder and a brake flush. After a hefty bill, the car worked for a few days, then the brakes were spongy again. It turns out the part has been on a national backorder for months with no delivery date. I assume that the dealership knew this and hoped that the master cylinder would fix my brake problems. I gave up waiting for the new part. Japanese Auto was able to find a used part, that has a 6 month warranty. They did not charge me to order the part and also inspected the part before they would install it. My van is working again and parts
