Great customer-oriented business, came with a complex request to fully replace transmission fluid in a German car. Alex set a very good start communication-wise, it was easy to schedule the work and get the process started. Luxury tech (don’t recall the name) took time to complete all steps and considered my preferences as well shared his thoughts on the current condition with pictures attached.. As a result, the transmission shifts smooth and completed the adaptation phase. Definitely an honest mechanic spot, highly recommended!
