Outstanding service with attention to detail and accuracy. Went by on a Saturday for an estimate on custom alteration; All people encountered were Friendly and engaging. Price was on par with service. JOB COMPLETED THAT DAY! Most impressive was watching Frank and his apprentice work, so smooth and polished AND with minimal effort. ***NOTE: the above is absolutely true and honest. There are several Muffler Shops in Miami, but after some research - I decided to take my 2015 Dodge Charger RT to Franks Muffler Shop, and I'm so glad I did! - They added 2 Dynomax Race Bullets in place of my mid muffler deletes & then I returned to cut off my resonators, replaced with straight pipe. My car sounds amazing & I love it! 1.) Their customer service & attentiveness was very personal & amazing. They will provide their professional opinion, and do exactly as you ask, but if they don't think it will come out right, they will tell you. (Take their advice, they know what their talking about). 2.) The quality of work, attention to detail & welding is top notch! You will love it. They don't have 10 cars in the shop, trying to work on all. They focus on one car at a time & make sure the job gets done right! 3.) Their Prices are very fair. This is truly a family owned business - do not hesitate to take your car to them, you will definitely like their work & leave extremely happy! Se
