We have used Firestone since 1990 in NJ and now in Miami. They give excellent customer service and go above and beyond. Still cheaper than any dealer.
I had my brakes and rooters replaced, and after a week of driving, my "service brake soon" light came on. I took it back, and they kept my vehicle for 1.5 days to tell my brakes were fine. The brake light come on again so I decided to take it in to a different Firestone location. In addition, they did not screw my tire lugs on tight. So now I have missing tire lugs caps on 2 off my tires. I highly recommend not to go to the Dadeland Firestone location.
