Charlie's Paint & Body Shop

Needed my fender painted. Charlie’s paint and body did a PHENOMENAL job and did so in a quick and timely manner. Junior was a very professional and honest gentlemen. He gave me his recommendations on what I should do with a price that was better than the competition. He also touched up all the scratches on my car and got rid of a really ugly door ding on my car just to help me out. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service. I’ve also shown the paint job to my friends and family and we all agree it looks great!

I went by for an estimate with Mr. Alvaro and beside he was not the socially type customer service type person..He turned down my work needed on my car, I guess he saw that they could not milk my insurance because I was going to pay cash… His answer to put me out of the ballpark was if I give this to my guys they would want to replace your parts instead of fixing them… go to a smaller shop so they give u a better price… Wow..!!! What a bad approach and tells me a lot of what kind of work they’re performing on their clients vehicles…. Not professional and very arrogant on his part…

My car has been there over a month!! One month! Still not getting fixed or ready ,every time I call to ask when it'll be ready they tell me the same excuse that they are waiting for a part or waiting for the service technician , even told me the reason my car was not getting fixed was because the person was on vacation! Are you freaking kidding me ?!! Been paying out of pocket for rentals because the person is on vacation ?! Do not get your car serviced or repaired here unless you want them to take advantage of you or keep telling you the same excuse over and over again! If you have Geico do not take your car to this miami shop !
