I recently visited Bird Road Auto Glass and had the pleasure of meeting Nelson…the owner. Nelson made me feel as if it was 40 years ago when service really mattered and people took pride in what they do. Nelson secured my window properly until my part came in and then installed it flawlessly with a smile on his face! His price was EXTREMELY REASONABLE!!! And as I said… this man knows how to treat people!!!! I have not had such fine service EVER…and I am not exaggerating! Highly recommend! I stopped in to get a professional opinion and a quote for a water leak in my car. I shared my personal diagnosis of the issue and Nelson quickly pointed out a manufacturer common defect (too old for warranty). He explained how I can “DIY” and since I have the tools, the space and consider myself handy I will give it a shot.
