Bimmer Shop

This Shop came to my rescue! I had low tire pressure lights come on quickly and found this amazing small business that was open early. The technician checked all my tires for a flat and filled all my tires with air. My sensors turned off and they placed me back on the road as quick as the lights came on! They did not charge me a cent and I appreciate their small business and thankful they were to closest shop to me. Thank you again for your great customer service and going upon and beyond to help me! I was interested in an out of state car, 2018 BMW M3 (I live in Boston) and made an appointment with Braman to do a pre purchase inspection. They told me they can do it for $289, told me what it covers and doesnt cover, what the service entails etc. I scheduled the work with them on Monday, flew out on friday just for them to tell me in person that they "dont do that sort of thing." The seller even had his car serviced there before so they should be familiar with it and have a history. Still a no go. The seller was great and looked up another shop and we found Bimmer Shop. I really wish we went here first! Super friendly and accommodating. They were completely booked but understood my situation and fit me in at 3pm. Once we came back Juan fully explained everything to me and was more thorough than I expected. I honestly don't think Braman would have done as good of a job. Expensive and poor communication. Towed my car here and called for 5 hours with no answer for an emergency situation. Needed a $50 replacement hose and they wanted to charge 3 times as much as BMW for the labor. I suppose they wanted to take advantage of the emergency. I’d recommend using an official BMW service center instead.
