This is the 4th time my vehicle has been here for repairs. They put a new engine in my car 9months ago and it's never ran right since and now the engine is blown. I take very good care of my vehicles..oil changes when needed, rotate tire, check fluids regularly...etc. I bought this vehicle from AutoNation Toyota certified used cars in Westin 2 years ago and thank goodness I purchased the extended warranty because this has been nothing but trouble. I've had it in this service department for various problems and they never fix it completely. I've picked my car up twice from here after they supposedly fixed it and got stranded on the side of 95..broken down yet again. Now they want me to pay them $500 to turn the engine on.... Now remember i have the gold plan or whatever its called and the engine is covered under this plan plus the just put this engine in 9months ago!!! They are very unprofessional. When I call to get an update on my car I have to select the prompt for the sales departme
