I am highly satisfied with the exceptional service I received at this business. I dealt with the very personable and pleasant business owner, Billy! Quoted me a fair price, we scheduled an appointment for drop off and pick up of the vehicle, and he delivered exactly as agreed —on time and professionally done, great job!! Additionally, he kept me informed of the progress of the repair along the way. This business was reliable and I will refer to them first for future repairs on my vehicles. Additional note: This business is located in a commercial corridor just off of Bird Road. There are several body shops in the locality. I did the work of getting 3 quotes before ultimately deciding on giving the job to Billy at this business. Billy quoted me slightly less than his competitors and offered me the quickest turn over period to complete the job. Very happy with the decision to have the job done here. ???????? I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Auto Pro Body and Paint Shop. I had been putting off for years seeing a body shop because I thought I was going to be ripped off, feel uncomfortable, or it would take too long. Unfortunately I couldn’t put it off any longer when I realized there was a lizard living in my car. With Billy, I felt so comfortable and happy with his services. He is extremely professional, kind, and his pricing is SO fair. I got a quote to fix the door of my car at another place about 2 miles away for $1900. Billy fixed it for $700. He also did SO many other things I needed (fix headlights, deep clean inside and wax the outside, clean the engine, fix a bumper, clean the headlights) and it was so incredibly fair the pricing. He was also so quick. It only took a few days. Not only that but Billy also works with a car shop next door to his and he coordinated so that the car shop man could fix my breaks and change my oil, all without me needing to

took my car to Auto Pro friday afternoon and met with Billy, who was extremely nice and very professional. he quoted me at a very good price for my front bumper that i needed fixed by monday morning. he got it done BEFORE 5 pm sunday and it looks even better than it did before someone backed into me. he sent me pictures of it in the process of being repaired too. from now on i’m only coming to Auto Pro for anything else i need fixed. thank you Billy!!!
