I have been their customer for years , I have not got disappointed not even once . This has been the best customer service of tire place in Miami . Please if you need affordable prices in tires , this is your place . Hands down youre gonna get treated like you're family .
Woke up and noticed one of the tires was flat. So I called another company which is very close to my home and their attitude over the phone was horrendous. So I decided to check other nearby places and found Alvarez Tire. I went, and they were quick, very professional and pleasant. This confirms once again that smaller owned businesses provide better customer service.
