Went in to get an oil change and I was out within an hour. Thank you for the quick and fast service

Waited 30 minutes to make an appointment for the following weekend for a tire installation. I got to this auto center on the date of my appointment, the auto center is closed (they placed a sign on the door, it was very vague). The sign did not explain how long the auto center would be closed. To add insult to injury, the one employee at work spoke no English and was unhelpful. I get back home from my blank trip and I receive a notification to arrive 15 min early for my installation. This is unacceptable!

This the the WORST Walmart auto center I’ve ever been to! I’ve purchased tires from Walmart a few times, their prices are amazing ! This place however … wow ! I’ve had to come back 3 times to get the tires installed. First night I got here at 6pm (online says they close at 7) and it was closed. Came back the next day and they hadn’t put my tires int the system, plus tire installs are by appointment only. So I asked about an oil change. They said “there’s a 2-3 hour wait for them to even see your car” So I made an appointment for the next day to install my tires and do an oil change. Next day I got there 20 minutes late. By the time I got to the front (because the line took forever) it was now 40 minutes past my appt time and they said I missed my appt so I’d have to make another one for tomorrow. Fine. I was late, that’s my fault. So today I made it 15 minutes before my appt. Waited in line for half hour, now I’m 15 min past my appt. Marie attended me, she’s sweet, but neither her n
