Went here to get a tire plugged on the way leaving out of Miami worker was impaired. He put the tire back on by the time we made it on the highway less than 10mins tire was flat, literally could’ve died, went to another tire shop who CONFIRMED plug was not placed in correctly. There was a long wait we asked the head worker what was the hold up he even got an attitude just for his worker to not even had properly plugged the tire.
Been going there for years i come from far to get my tires changed from there there’s always a positive vibe when I get there and their very quick and so polite best place all around ????????????
Waited in the hot for over two hours and the older gentlemen really mean mug us for having our door open I’ve never seen somebody act more unprofessional ! The other guys was nice and is grateful they helped us . I just think that one guy need some anger management help!
