Steve is very friendly and very nice. Trey who worked on our car was great as well. They replaced the tramsmission. However, when we went to pickup our 2012 Nissan Rogue, my husband popped the hood open to check the fluids. There was zero coolant in the coolant container, motor oil was low, battery wasn't properly installed back(cables to battery literally were not secured tightly and came off), ALL the bumper screw rivets were missing (front bumper grill would have fallen off), radiator was NOT secured (loose), with the radiator cap in the hood latch (replacement cap was put on) and the alternator died later. We started the car, it drove and then after we parked and started the car again it died. Apparently it wasn't properly tested and checked or test driven before it was given back to us. Our AAA guy John(who knows Steve)said to us engine mount or some mount is not secured properly because he could hear the noise. If we hadn't checked the coolant , engine would have been gone and w
