I have been going to Gatto’s for years. The employees at this location always go above and beyond! I have never had a bad experience. Service: Oil change

Price gougers and shoddy work. 40 dollars to tape(not even goot tape) a light back on, which promptly fell back off and required more service. They charge more than everyone else around, just go somewhere else

We are new to town, looking for a good mechanic to do oil changes and routine preventative maintenance on our vehicles. Made the appointment to get the oil changed and also asked if they would be able to reinstall my rear license plate. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I noticed the plate was not attached so I asked why this wasn’t done. I was told that the bolts were broken off and they couldn’t install the plate. Mind you two of the four bolts had seized up and broken off. Well they broke another one off, didn’t take responsibility for it, and left me to find a place to get it fixed. 0-1 Secondly, my vehicle was leaking oil like crazy! Took it to another business, and they sent an evaluation stating the drain plug was not properly torqued AND the oil filter was not properly installed! Didn’t know it was that difficult to perform an oil change. 0-2 I would not recommend this business to anyone.
