Tina was the nasty upon the first phonecall and interaction after. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is due to good work and they even detailed my car Service: Body & Trim
Terry was absolutely the best! My car is as good as new!
If you want to get better experience, please don’t waste time on this shop, go Oliver or Macco, my insurance sent me there and came to the shop on appointment time，spent 30 mins waiting on the guy to do the estimate for a scratch fender. I missed my work shift beacase their poor efficiency! Well, I got the estimate for my car insurance, but I will never come back for repairing my car in their shop. PS: Tina should focus on the professional customer service rather than talking dairy with customers
