Took my car in with a check engine light on, paid a $75 diagnostic charge (hooking it up to a computer) to find the issue - they came back with a $900 bill. Went to another shop and received a bill of $350 for the same issue with no diagnostic charge and 3 year guarantee. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
Truly a big hearted manager. He really cares about every customer and does his best to make sure you get the best service and won’t try to nickel and dime you. Very rare to find a honest auto shop and they have earned my future business!
My truck broke down while I was in Miramar FL. RQ send a tow truck to retrieve my car from the road, round trip about 80 miles. They fixed my truck next day. The service and honesty is what brings me back to RQ even though I reside 40 miles north of Margate. Ravi the owner is a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend RQ.
