On September 25, 2023, I visited Lions Auto Body located at 5628 NW 8th St, Margate FL 33063. At that time, I received an estimate from the sales associate. The price was unreasonably inflated for such a small area to be painted. I expressed that and the sales associate lowered the price. The sales associate advised me to return tomorrow (9/26/2023) at 8:00am, He advised that he could have it done later on in the day. I arrived and he advised he had a lot of vehicles and it probably would not be possible. On September 27, 2023, I dropped off the vehicle. On the next day I came to pick up the vehicle and the hood had many imperfections/problems and definitely not painted properly . I expressed myself . The associate said I paid a lower price so therefore I should not expect great work( paraphrasing). The manager Jeff agreed . Jeff stated “ You get what you paid for” . They agreed to fix the issues. tio was great, very honest & communicated well. the job was done in a timely matter & the shop is extremely tidy & well run. we will be using lions for all of our paint & body work from this day forward, he matched the paint perfectly & gave detailed descriptions of what we needed to do without any surprises!
