Very professional, knowledgeable and trust worthy. I own a Volkswagen and Dorrian has been my mechanic for the past 7 years. I have never been disappointed with the quality of service that he has provided throughout the years.
Great customer service and very knowledgeable mechanics. Dorrain was able to show and explain in detail the issues with my Toyota Camry. Higher Level Auto is the first repair shop I have been to with such punctual service, my car was in and out exactly as Dorrain estimated. The cost of repair was reasonable and competitive with other shops, however, their personal service has to rated among the best. Will repeat service.
