Someone give these people an award because they are amazing! I literally hate dealing with mechanics, especially people I don’t know because I feel like they’ll take advantage of me. But not at Bisbee, as soon as I walked I. I felt the warmth. They were so kind and welcoming. They truly care about their customers and give nothing but the best care. They helped me out a ton! And even followed up to make sure all was well! They are the BEST! 10/10! And This is easily the cleanest car place I’ve ever been too! Normally mechanics are so dingy but not at Bisbee. Brian is one of the most honest person you will meet. I went to him with a flat tire. His employee checked the tire, fixed it. When I went to pay Brian said no charge. Anyone else would have charged. I went to him yesterday because my SUV was having a bunch of issues, Brian worked with me to get the best possible price on the repairs and all the repairs that were done perfectly. I will be bringing my wife’s car to him tomorrow . Brian and his shop are a hidden gem! Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair

I do most of the work on my car, but tires are out of my league. I have to drive past basically every tire chain possible to get to this shop from my home, but it's worth it for the honesty and quality of service this shop provides. I recently picked up a nail in one of my track tires and had to find a shop that would do an excellent job repairing the tire so I could trust it to withstand the stress running on track would put on them. This shop was able to fit me in with short notice, pulled the tire off and were honest enough to tell me the nail never made it all the way through, and mounted the tire again for me. I'm happy to recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, hard working mechanics, and will be back soon!
