Called for a quote and was expecting my daughter to take her car there. Tow driver took to a different location. All of a sudden Charlie was texting me and asking if I was coming. I explained the mix-up and he replied "in the future don't bother me or any business like that, it's bad thing". Wow...how unprofessional and rude. I will never spend a dime at this place. If calling and getting a quote is a bother...you shouldn't be in business.

I live nearby & saw their roadside sign advertising a very low price for alignments. I was surprised when I called and they told me that would be the price for my specific car. They did a great job, while I waited, at a price just a little more than half what I paid last time at another shop. I'll be coming back for my next oil change, because the price they quoted for that was very reasonable too. The owner, Charlie Do, was personally sitting at the desk handling customer service & payments. When I see that, I'm impressed & know that he cares.
